No plans for St. Patrick’s Day, The Residences at Eastern Market? The St. Pat’s Run Fest celebrates St. Paddy’s Day with a pair of races and plenty of revelry. The first will unfold in Arlington on Saturday, March 14th, a run simply called the Four Miler. The second is slated for the following day in D.C., a St. Pat’s 5K and 10K that winds along Independence Ave and Ohio Drive, not far from your apartment on East Capitol Street DC.

If you want to make your way out to Arlington for the Four Miler, register online and head to Ireland’s Four Courts Pub before the 9 a.m. start time. Then enjoy a jog around town before heading back to the pub for a post-race party, complete with Irish brews. You can also stay in town and take part in the 5K or 10K on Sunday, which begin at 8:15 and 9 a.m., respectively, near the Washington Monument. Registration fees start at $48.
