Capitol Hill Village is a nonprofit group that aims to provide elderly residents in the area with “aging in place” services. The idea behind the group is to allow people to remain in their homes as they grow older, providing aid and social servies to these residents to ensure that they are able to live safely in their homes with the support of hte community.
