Rodarte at National Museum of Women in the Arts

The National Museum of Women in the Arts has its first fashion exhibition with Rodarte, on view now through February 10, 2019. This iconic fashion brand founded in 2005 by sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy is brought to life with vivid detail at the NMWA’s exhibit, and it’s one that fashion lovers and art lovers alike won’t want to miss.

Rodarte is known for its feminine pieces, a few of which you might recognize from the red carpet or the big screen. In the exhibit, you’ll get to see the designer’s concepts, detailed examples of their craftsmanship, and the overriding themes that carry through all of their collections. See the Rodarte exhibit and all of the other valuable collections on display at the NMWA for just $10 adult admission. The first Sunday of every month is a Community Day with free admission, or consider becoming a member of the museum for yearlong admittance and other member perks. NMWA is located on New York Avenue in the heart of DC, and it is open until 5 p.m. each day.
