Gravitas offers a four to seven course tasting menu with your choice of light starters like fall mushroom salad, or more indulgent items like seared foie gras. The menu changes frequently to highlight the best ingredients of each season, and vegetables are often featured as the focal point of a dish. If you really want to treat yourself to an elevated experience, parties of two can experience a 15-course tasting menu seated at the bar. And no matter how many courses you choose, Gravitas has expertly paired wines for each course, and the portion size of each item is exceptionally generous.
