While the holiday decorations will look different at the United States Botanic Gardens this year, Season’s Greenings: America’s Gardens! at the US Botanic Garden holiday programming will continue in a new and different format. In person, feast your eyes on festive décor, lights, greenery, and winterberries in a couple of select locations at the US Botanic Gardens, including the Terrace Gardens and the Bartholdi Park.

Listen to The Garden’s free annual holiday concerts streaming online this year! Concerts start at 5:30 p.m. on December 8, December 15, December 22, and December 29. Bonus? Sing along from the comfort of your apartment at The Residences at Eastern Market, and no one can hear you! You’ll hear everything from classical, acoustic jazz with a global twist, R&B, hip hop fusion, pop, Latin, to world music. Join via livestream from Facebook and YouTube as well as the Garden website, and you’ll feel like you are wandering the gardens as you hum your favorite holiday hits.

There will even be interactive online programs during the holiday season for the craft-lovers in your life. Make festive seasonal beverages, side dishes, and desserts along with weekly cooking demos to celebrate the season. Or watch a live cooking demo using dried fruits in seasonal recipes.
