For a tasty cocktail and a whole lot of art, check out the newly opened Metrobar DC. This eclectic new outdoor venue is more than just a bar. They have a mission to showcase and bring together all the unique cultures that make our fair city special. Centered around a renovated metro car, hence the name, you’ll find bold murals, life-size art installations, and plenty of seating to kick back and relax with some friends from The Residences at Eastern Market on a sunny day. 

They serve up the cocktails, and you’ll always find a tasty food truck ready to serve up some eats. Favorite beverages to indulge in are the FLOTUS Bouquet featuring butterfly pea flower-infused Republic Restoratives Civic Vodka, lavender honey, lemon-lime, rosewater, and sparkling wine (it’s almost too delicious to drink) and the Last Stop, which features Chacho jalapeno aguardiente with Illegal Mezcal Joven, ginger, mint, lemon, and Corazon bitters! You’ll also find tasty local and imported brews, wine, hard seltzer, and cider. Plus, there’s plenty of tasty popcorn to munch on. Try it out next weekend. We think it’ll be your new favorite spot.
