Although the chefs change the menu routinely in order to reflect the changing seasons (and corresponding ingredients), the website always has the most updated menu available. It often includes classic Spanish tapas like patatas bravas—small chunks of fried potatoes with salsa and garlic aioli—as well as albondigas—Spanish meatballs served with a Jamon-infused tomato sauce. However, you’ll also find Mediterranean-inspired small plates, such as the grilled pear coca with pistachio pesto, goat cheese, and serrano pepper.
